Here’s one that will definitely appeal to those fans of the History Channel series “Vikings”. It stars Alexander Skarsgard who many might remember from the “True Blood” series among other things. The film comes care of Focus Features and is simply called “The Northman”. The first official trailer is below so check it out.

Piercing Ken Thoughts: I liked the look of this one and feel that fans of not only the “Vikings” historical drama will enjoy it but also those fans of films like “Conan” and maybe even “Game Of Thrones”. I like this kind of stuff but must admit that I never watched the “Vikings” series and thought I would do that during the early days of the pandemic. I just got into other shows and cleaned up the overloaded DVR. That being said maybe I will look into this one when it gets released. I’ve been to the actual theatre a couple of times now but do so with extreme levels of caution since I don’t trust everyone else when it comes to the virus.
