The NY Empire State Tattoo Expo has returned and will bring legendary artists together under one roof. Presented by Inked Magazine, this is your place to wander if you are planning on getting inked or just feel like shopping around. Seminars and special guests will be there all weekend and please be aware that proof of 18+ must be on hand to get a tat onsite.
