NY Empire State Tattoo Expo @ New York Hilton Midtown

The New York Empire State Tattoo Expo has returned to the New York Hilton Midtown as an in-person event and will be the place to meet a variety of artists or just peruse the craft if it interests you. Burlesque performances and scores of vendors will be there as well. You must be 18+ to get any ink so be sure to have proper identification.
