The hot sauce fanatics of our Media Metropolis were looking forward to this years event for sure and I was happy to participate this past weekend. I signed myself up for the Saturday session of the NYC Hot Sauce Expo and was stoked as all heck to be a part of its 7th Annual Expo and to catch up with friends that I only manage to see here. Based on the need to try the samples with one hand, I decided to mostly phone photo this presentation and I am only going to talk every now and again so I hope you enjoy it all. Here we go.
I’m going to stop here with my exploration of the NYCHSE but stay tuned for some more once the fire that is inside me has subsided. I had such a good time today and cannot wait to share some more with you.
