Truth be told I never expected a movie centered around the now long-running “Bob’s Burgers” animated series but here we are with 20th Century Studios released the first official trailer for “The Bob’s Burgers Movie” just a short bit ago. Now while I love a lot of the animated series that air on traditional television as well as the streaming networks, I never quite “got” “Bob’s Burgers”. Sure some of my friends absolutely love it but I will stick with “The Simpsons”, “Family Guy” and occasionally “American Dad” which used to be on the same network actually. The trailer is down below for you to enjoy along with a light premise, the talented voice cast and some early artwork promoting the film. Check it out.

The Premise: The Belchers try to save the restaurant from closing as a sinkhole forms in front of it, while the kids try to solve a mystery that could save their family’s restaurant.

Piercing Ken Thoughts: So this looked rather amusing but as someone who isn’t really following the weekly series broadcast I will likely take a pass on it when it arrives. I just never managed to get into the show despite enjoying the bookends of “The Simpsons” and “Family Guy”. I debated binging on it during the early days of the pandemic but instead decided to clear up as much of the DVR as was possible and I got pretty far along. Now as I close this posting up I wonder what you out there in the reading audience thought about it. Are you fans of the series and cannot wait to see it or will you also be waiting on it for home release or taking a pass. I know a lot of my friends are not too keen on sitting in the movie theatre just yet but I’ve done this when there are very few people around me so I’ve been okay. That’s all I have on this one my friends so chime in down below if you’ve something topical to add to the mix. I will see you next time, please stay safe out there.
