Affordable Art Fair New York City will return for its Spring 2026 edition from March 18–22, 2026, marking the fair’s largest Spring presentation to date and its debut Spring edition at the iconic Starrett-Lehigh Building in Chelsea.
As New York City’s leading destination for contemporary art under $12,000, the fair will bring together 90 galleries from around the world, showcasing thousands of contemporary artworks by emerging and established artists designed to welcome both first-time buyers and seasoned collectors.
The move to the Starrett-Lehigh Building places the fair at the heart of the Chelsea art ecosystem, just steps from major galleries and easily accessible via Hudson Yards and West Chelsea transit hubs. The new venue allows for expanded programming, enhanced visitor experience, and a dynamic setting to engage with contemporary art in an inclusive, approachable environment.
The Spring edition will feature a full schedule of public and special access, including a First Look opening, late-night hours, family-friendly programming, and interactive initiatives designed to deepen visitors’ connection to collecting and living with art.
