Piercing Ken Thoughts: This is very exciting news for me and I am sure that its also pretty cool for the folks that are reading about it right here on “The Chronicles”. So historically speaking, I had been attending the Photoplus Expo for a number of years and despite having this website, I never really looked into attending it as press since I only wanted to explore the expo floor and interact with other creatives on a one on one basis. It was free to do this of course. When Photoplus decided to rebrand itself as “CreateNYC” and move from the Javits Center into some event facility in the Brooklyn Navy Yard I was intrigued but then the event never took place and apparently was sunset as well. What I am getting at with all of this is that it left a perfect opportunity for B&H to launch an event like this one and as you can see in the press release a lot of the vendors that one would meet at Photoplus all seem to be locked into the debut edition of the Bild Expo. I will surely be looking to attend this one if I am available to do so but I might just go in as one of the masses as opposed to doing a press registration. I realize that you don’t really need to be that much in the loop to my own doings but I felt like sharing a little bit here since I was in a good mood LOL. So I am excited about this new event to attend and as I wrap this notice up I wonder what you all out there in the readership think about it. Please chime in down below in the comments section and especially so if you had attended the old Photoplus shows and were distressed when the CreateNYC never ended up happening. You can tell me what you are most curious about with this new event and what your general hopes are and with that I say adieu. See you next time.
