As I continue along with the observations from the recently held Toy Fair over at the Javits Center and keep you visually entertained with my findings for the readers of “The Chronicles”, I’m taking a pause once again from the exhibitors to share another special exhibit like the “Hot For Holiday” display.
The “Hot For Holiday” items are the picks from the Toy Association that they feel you should know about as you explore the show. Remember that this is a trade show and hence not open to the general public so its up to those folks in the media like myself and our colleagues to report on them or even visit the exhibitor that is being showcased in the area. This presentation was also set up in the Crystal Palace and I was not going to bypass including it here. Once again I will mostly be silent during this particular post and if you need more information you can do that with a succinct Google search. Let’s do this.
This “Hot For Holiday” presentation reminded me a little of the rundown that our friends over at The Toy Insider do every year with their “STEM 10”, “Hot 20” and “12 Under $20” that we find being revealed during their “Holiday Of Play” events. There were surely a lot of awesome items being showcased in these enclosures and I think that the ones my main PiercingMetal readership will key into are the “Hazbin Hotel” ones since that’s an Anime and I do cover the big Anime NYC Convention every year. I’ll wrap this narrative up here and start planning my next chapter which will be another exhibitor walk-through.
