Hey my friends, so as you might have heard me mention recently, I had pitched our interest in attending the upcoming BroadwayCon for “The Chronicles” and having just been given clearance, I am getting more and more announcements about the event (others can be examined by clicking HERE). Jordan Fisher and Andrew Barth Feldman, stars of the Tony® Award-winning Dear Evan Hansen, join the BroadwayCon 2020 lineup for an exclusive panel moderated by People’s Dave Quinn for attendees about playing the iconic role of Evan Hansen on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at 10 a.m. Tickets are on sale now at BroadwayCon.com/register.

After making his Broadway debut as Evan in January 2019, Feldman will take his final bow in the hit show on January 26 and Fisher (Hamilton, “RENT Live,” “Grease Live!”) begins performances in the title role on Tuesday, January 28, 2020.

Tickets Now Available For 2020 New York Times Travel Show

The New York Times today announced that registration is now open for its 2020 New York Times Travel Show, the largest and longest-running trade and consumer travel show in North America. Now in its 17th year, the event will take place Friday, Jan. 24 to Sunday, Jan. 26, 2020, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. World’s Largest LGBTQ Comic Con Announces Flame Con Five & Return to Times Square

Flame Con, created by the LGBTQ non-profit Geeks OUT, is announcing its fifth annual comic con on Saturday and Sunday, August 17-18. After another record year of over 7,000 attendees in 2018, Flame Con will be returning to the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel. Featuring hundreds of creators exhibiting queer-positive comics, arts, crafts, clothes and entertainment, Flame Con is open to all ages and will be free for all youths 21 years of age and under on Sunday, August 18.

“We are excited to be returning to Times Square for our fifth anniversary year. The amount of support we received after our move to Manhattan was overwhelming and we can’t wait to debut even more surprises with our anniversary,” said Steve Gianaca, Vice President of Geeks OUT and Flame Con Chair. “Flame Con means so much to us and to our community, we are constantly growing and excited to be bringing this back for another year.”

Every year, Flame Con has debuted a new Flamie created by Terry Blas (Dead Weight). This year, Flame Con and Geeks OUT are excited for its Flamie family expansion, debuting Butch Flamie and a Neuro-Diverse Flamie with their service dog, Sparkie.
