Hello again my friends, we have arrived at the day when the winners of the 2020 Golden Globe Awards are announced and I am getting this information to you as fast as humanly possible. I actually was editing the list while the program aired. It was hosted by Ricky Gervaise and while I was interested in watching the whole thing in full, I had too much else on the plate to simply focus on more than updating the assorted categories with the winner names. As you will see down below, I’ve also left the nominees for each of the category so you will have a talking point if your favorite was overlooked. It’s a long list but some of these are and that’s fine with me. It keeps you on the website a little longer which we always enjoy. So without further adieu……presenting your winners of the Golden Globe Awards.

“The Irishman” (Netflix)
“Marriage Story” (Netflix) WINNER – “1917” (Universal)

Last night, the 76th Annual Golden Globe Awards were handed out for excellence in television and film for the previous year (in this case 2018). The program was hosted by Andy Samberg and Sandra Oh and while we couldn’t tune in based on covering a rousing Heavy Metal show for the PiercingMetal.com side of the fence, I present to you the full list of nominees and who won out at the end of the day. There were some nice surprises for sure. Check it out.
