Hey there readers, I’m glad you stopped by the blog today because I have a lot of fun images and some thoughts about the recent PDN Photoplus Expo that we attended a few short days ago. Much like my convention coverage of the NY Comic Con and Toy Fair, this event takes place over at the Javits Center but its hardly as massive as those two affairs are. Photoplus Expo is a great place to not only see and sample some of the latest and greatest things for the photography field, but its also a place you can plop down the cash if you have it on hand. I’ll be chiming in sporadically during this presentation but not too much as I prefer to let the images do the talking for me. Let’s go.

PiercingKen Goes To The PDN Photoplus Expo 2012

Hey there my fellow photographically inclined maniacs. It was once again time for the PDN Photoplus Expo to take over the Javits Center and since this traditionally seems to follow the absolute chaos of the NY Comic Con that I cover on PiercingMetal (link HERE FYI); I like to attend and wander the exposition floor to relax a little and see what is coming out.

Canon had a nice learning stage with lectures and demonstrations. From a bit of a distance I tried to snap shots of the model that they were using today.
