It would be difficult to properly gauge the popularity of The Super Mario Brothers based on their numerous appearances in some blockbuster games over these many years. In addition to these games, there are toys, cartoons, comic books and now a brand-new feature film from Universal Pictures. The trailer just recently dropped for “The Super Mario Galaxy Movie” and I’ve shared the trailer, basic premise and voice casting for you to peruse down below.
The Premise: Mario and Luigi meet and befriend Yoshi as they join Princess Peach and Toad on an adventure into outer space and across the galaxy. They meet Rosalina and face off against Bowser and his son, Bowser Jr. (c/o Wiki)

Piercing Ken Thoughts: This looks cute but I don’t think that I will be venturing out to the theater to see it since I don’t have any younger siblings or relatives to spend the day with at such a film. Now you might be wondering why I posted this trailer here over PiercingMetal as we generally do most of the popular toys and related stuff there and the answer is quite simply that I have more than I can handle in that sites Pop Culture focuses. Since the skew of content here is broader I think it fits just fine and that is all I have to say on this.
