Of the things that we can almost stake money on and win every time is the knowledge that as every year closes up and leads us into the brand new one, that a marathon of the classic sitcom “The Honeymooners” will air some of its most fAMous episodes on Pix 11. Since a lot of us are not planning on elaborate gatherings or heading to Times Square in the madness, I’ve culled together the full list of the episodes that will air beginning tonight at 11PM. They will run continuously into the next day with a brief pause for area news at 4:30AM before picking back up again at 9AM. Let’s take a look.

*** end of rundown ***

Piercing Ken Thoughts: As you can see there are “27” episode in all and this is most of the original series which amounted to “39” episodes. If you have an empty DVR or a cloud-based recording process with your cable subscription you can easily program the lot of them in to enjoy at a later time if you are too engaged or dog tired on New Year’s Day. I’m planning for a comfortable evening at home this year since I have to start 2020 off running based on all the upcoming to do’s so I will likely have these broadcasts on in the background. I don’t think I will be running the DVR for them though since I have 83% of that filled and don’t want to find it erasing older content that I still need to see. There are some of my very favorite episodes of the classic series being run for sure and its amazing to me about just how funny I still find it. Talk about withstanding the tests of time. Though I have some more posts to do, I want to wish you an early Happy New Year and I hope you have a safe one.

PS: The SyFy Network is running a “The Twilight Zone” Marathon but that began at 6AM this morning. I shared the rundown of episodes on the PiercingMetal website so check out the listing by clicking HERE. Since I love both of the shows, I guess I will have my TV viewing spoken for until the ball drops and for a time after it.
