The Discover Boating New York Boat Show is ready to dock at the Javits Center for its annual show and I’m excited to share the news that “The Chronicles of Piercing Ken” has once again been approved as a member of the attending press for this years convention. See below…
“Hello, and thank you for pre-registering for media credentials for the Discover Boating® New York Boat Show®, in partnership with Progressive Insurance®. Details for onsite registration and credential pick up are below”: – The rest of the email is just instructions on where and when to pick up the credentials so I’ve omitted that.
The Travel & Adventure Show for 2026 is closing in on New York City and will present its fourth annual convention at the Javits Center. Earlier today, I was confirmed to attend and am excited to share our approval notice for “The Chronicles of Piercing Ken” that is presented down below.
“We received your media registration for the New York Travel & Adventure Show taking place January 24-25 at the Jacob Javits Center. This email acts as your confirmation, upon arrival you can check-in at the “Press Check In” area and collect your credentials. Your credentials are valid for both Saturday and Sunday and you are welcome to bring a guest with you”.

Believe it or not, the BroadwayCon for 2025 is pretty much around the corner and I’m excited to share that “The Chronicles of Piercing Ken” is going to be among the members of the accredited press for this years convention. To celebrate I’m once again sharing the fun graphic that I use for such approvals.

The BroadwayCon for 2024 is approaching at a rapid pace and I’m taking a moment to let you all know that “The Chronicles of Piercing Ken” has once again been approved as a member of the attending press for this years convention.
Historically speaking, I’ve been attending the BroadwayCon since 2018 if memory serves me correctly and back then it was held at the Javits Center and was running in tandem with both the New York Boat Show and the New York Times Travel Show. I learned about them onsite quite accidentally and have tried to do my best to broadcast some of the awesome stuff I get to see. At the time of this announcement I am totally unaware how I will approach this years happening but I know I will likely do some exhibitor interviews and a whole lot of Instagram posts if I see a wide gamut of cosplayers.
