If you’ve read many of my Pop Culture offerings over on PiercingMetal.com over the last year or so, you’ve probably heard me say that its a great time to be a geek since so much of the big screen presentations, live performances, conventions and original series content like this are coming at us fast and furious. She-Ra was quite popular back in my day and now she has returned for a second season on her Netflix Original Series “She-Ra and The Princesses Of Power”. Now Playing: “How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World” in Theaters Everywhere (2/22/2019)

The time has come dragon fans, the Dreamworks animated feature “How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World” is opening up today in theaters everywhere. We’ve supported the film over the last few months here on “The Chronicles” by showcasing the trailer reveals and the most recent one can be observed HERE in the event that you haven’t seen any of them. Before I send you off to the theaters, let’s take a look at the colorful Official Poster along with the premise and voice casting.

The Plot: One year after defending Berk from Drago, Hiccup and Toothless continue to rescue captured dragons in order to bring them back to Berk and create a bustling dragon and human utopia. Unfortunately, their efforts have also resulted in the island becoming severely overpopulated with dragons. In a response to the overcrowding, Hiccup desires to find the “Hidden World”, a safe haven for dragons that his late father Stoick told him about. Meanwhile, a white Fury[8] dragon, held captive by warlords, is given to infamous dragon hunter Grimmel the Grisly as bait for him to capture Toothless for the warlords’ use as an alpha. (c/o Wiki).

It wasn’t too long ago that I first shared the trailer for the new Dreamworks Netflix series “She-Ra and the Princesses of Power” but if you should have missed it, just click HERE to be on top of things before we continue along. The series is now available in full to be streamed by you and your family but let’s also enjoy the poster, premise and the voice casting involved in the project.

The Premise: She-Ra and the Princesses of Power follows Adora, an orphan raised by the Horde, an evil army led by Hordak, who rules the planet Etheria with an iron fist. One day, after getting lost in the woods, Adora finds a magic sword that transforms her into the titular Princess of Power, She-Ra. After realizing the suffering that the Horde has inflicted on Etheria and its inhabitants, Adora joins the Resistance in the fight against the Horde through rebuilding the Princess Alliance, a group of other magical girls that once all opposed Hordak. Adora’s newfound allegiance to the Resistance pits her against her former best friend Catra, whose sense of abandonment, malicious ambitions, and the disappearance of her former friend enables her to rise in the ranks of the Horde to become the new heroine’s mortal enemy. Dreamworks: “How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World” Official Trailer 2

Dragon Fans its time to get excited because we now have a second trailer for the Dreamworks production “How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World” which will open up in the early part of 2019 unless something changes between now and then. During the first trailer narrative I mentioned that I haven’t followed this franchise so I can’t say much more about it. Let’s watch the second trailer together shall we?
