The History Channel’s original series “Vikings” was well-received by many who appreciated the Scandinavian culture and when they announced its finale a lot of those fans were greatly disappointed. Netflix saved the day by offering up a continuation of the story with their series “Vikings: Valhalla” and I’ve discussed it already with the trailer post found HERE in case you missed that. Now, the series in full is available on the streaming service so here is another look at the Official Poster along with the premise and casting. Enjoy.

For many years The History Channel has brought us back to the world of the Vikings with an exciting series using the same name but that ended with season six at the close of 2020. Now Netflix has picked it up and will premiere “Vikings: Valhalla” in the coming weeks. Below is the Official Teaser along with some premise and casting. I’ll return at the close with some additional editorial.

The continuation of a series years after what we last remember the characters being a part of isn’t all that new an idea anymore and if its done properly it can be quite enjoyable. For instance, the “Star Trek” franchise fanatics saw this with “Picard” and that’s actually getting a second season in the coming months as well but back to the subject at hand which is the hit streaming show “Cobra Kai” which brings us back to the world of “The Karate Kid” movies. The series was originally a part of the programming of the YouTube Red streaming service who ran the first two seasons before dropping it. Netflix picked it up and continued the story with Season 3 and here we are with the trailer for its fourth season. I loved these movies but didn’t manage to see the first two seasons yet. This isn’t going to stop me from sharing the new trailer for the show along with some premise and the casting that I listed in a different post about the show. Enjoy.

Back in December, “The Chronicles” helped to share the news that the Netflix streaming service was continuing the previously discussed original series “Cobra Kai” with a third season trailer. Some of you might recall that they got this show from YouTube Red. You might also remember that is a series that picks up many years after the movies for “Karate Kid” had taken place and continues those characters stories. If you didn’t see that new trailer just click HERE to be on point. Since I didn’t see the earlier seasons I only posted about it and didn’t watch it myself. The third season is now available for your binging at the time you are reading this. New year, new binge right? I’ve culled the brief description from their YouTube listing and repeated the ensemble of characters from our earlier posts. Take a look.
