This fall, the 37th edition of Affordable Art Fair NYC comes to the Starrett-Lehigh Building in Chelsea from September 17–21, 2025, bringing together 85 galleries from 13 countries for 4 days of exploring and taking home contemporary art, with every piece under $12,000. This marks the fair’s first ever edition in this venue and the first time each participating gallery will present work in the space offering visitors an entirely new art-fair experience.

Galleries from Argentina, Canada, Chile, France, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, Nigeria, South Korea, Spain, the United Kingdom, and across the United States, will showcase thousands of artworks spanning painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media, and more. Collectors can expect to discover both emerging talents and established names in a vibrant, approachable setting designed to make art collecting accessible to all.
