Scenes From Toy Insider’s “Sweet Suite” 2023 @ Chelsea Piers (Part One)

It was that time of the year again my toy loving content readers and if you’ve been keeping up with this site for any measure of time you know that I am talking about the one and only Toy Insider “Sweet Suite”. The event was once again being held down at Chelsea Piers and its here that some of the greatest toy companies known to man would be taking over and shining spotlights on their latest items for assorted influencers and representatives of the press.

Since there is always so much to do at the “Sweet Suite”, I like to get there right at the opening of doors so I have maximum exploration time. This entrance was guarded by some awesome Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles balloons.

Scenes From The Tape Face Press Conference @ Museum Of Broadway

You probably remember him from his appearance on the “America’s Got Talent” series if you’re a regular viewer of that program. If you’re not, he was a finalist on Season 11 and though he didn’t win out in the end he was certainly among the more memorable finalists in a group of very strong ones. Now the enigmatic performer is coming to Broadway with a one-night only performance at the Palladium Times Square (which the Metalheads I write for regularly will remember as the Playstation, Best Buy and Nokia Theatre). “The Chronicles of Piercing Ken” were able to participate in a special press conference about this show at the brand-new Museum of Broadway. Media was encouraged to record and post the conference so please enjoy this down below.

Hello again my friends and welcome back to the continued overview of the Toy Insider’s 2021 “Holiday Of Play”. It was great to see so many of the faces that we’ve missed over the past few events based on the pandemic because while Zoom and WhatsApp video chat is nice, it doesn’t replace that one on one connection. I’m going to get right back into it from where I left off HERE and if you wanted to spend a little extra time on the website and see that the virtual happening was like just click HERE. Here are some more of the Aphmau “MeeMeows” plushies. As someone who loves cats this were of great appeal to me.

Hello again my friends and welcome to what I am sure will be a fun read for you all. So we are once again celebrating the Toy Insider’s “Holiday Of Play” event and after three virtual happenings this one was back to being in-person and I was so excited about that. The pandemic made large gatherings like this difficult to do but many are slowly coming back and we will have New York Comic Con and Anime NYC returning after each bypassed a year.

For the past couple of years, The Toy Insider has held the “Holiday Of Play” at a venue called Current down in the Chelsea Piers. Its a smaller event space than the one used by their Sweet Suite and hence a more exclusive invite to get.

Greetings my friends, its time to lend some overview opinion to our friends over at the Toy Insider. By now I am certain that you know about them since we’ve been hitting their events for about six years but based on the COVID-19 Pandemic, their amazing “Sweet Suite” will once again be done in the virtual sense. I’m going to present the same kind of exploration as I did with the 2020 “Sweet Suite” and its companion “Holiday of Play @ Home” so let’s examine the exhibitors that are present today.

The way I did this those past times was screen grab the exhibitor room and then offered up some opinion on it all and now without any further adieu here is the virtual “Main Floor”. This presentation was more fun that I initially expected and it was like being inside a video game.
