Piercing Ken Thoughts: Whew, congratulations are definitely in order for Drake, Olivia Rodrigo and Ye (the artist formerly known as Kanye West) who all seemed to clean up with numerous awards this year. I don’t listen to any of their musical output of course and only paid mind to the Rock categories which ended up leaving me curious about their labeling some of them as “Rock”. Lots of it feels “Alternative” to me and obviously there isn’t any Metal listed. I’ll be posting something on the other website to spark some chatter for good measure but as I wrap this one up I wonder what you out there in the readership think about the winners circle.
