Presenting The 75th Annual Tony Awards Nominations

The 75th Annual Tony Awards nominations were revealed by Joshua Henry and Adrienne Warren. Henry is most famously known for being the first to play Aaron Burr in “Hamilton” on the US Tour while Ms. Warren is known for being the legendary Tina Turner from “Tina – The Tina Turner Musical”. We also fondly remember her from being a part of the company of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Here now are your nominations.

Last night the winners of the 2022 Laurence Olivier Awards were handed our for excellence in professional theatre in London. They are also referred to as simply “The Olivier Awards” and since we just love the stuff going on in New York City’s own Broadway, we happily add these awards to our string of broadcasts that help celebrate these things. Last night, the Recording Academy handed out the trophies during the 64th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony and no, I didn’t manage to watch or even DVR the program. I worked all day and then spent the night rocking out with Dragonforce for the PiercingMetal site. I did cull the winners into the list that you will find below and this time around I’ve decided to leave off the other nominees in most of the categories since the original list was a lengthy and ponderous read.
